Walmart State Giving Grant Recipient
We would like to thank The Walmart Foundation for allowing us to be one of the four Wyoming Nonprofit beneficiaries of this year's Walmart Foundation’s State Giving Program.
We are very excited to announce that we, "received a $26,000 grant to expand facility capacity in order to serve more children who suffer from hunger in underserved areas. 'Walmart’s belief in our organization’s mission is an exciting and empowering opportunity for us to grow our reach and programs,' said Jamie Purcell, executive director of the Wyoming Food for Thought Project. 'We look forward to the future possibilities this grant has given us to bring an even stronger local food system to our community that focuses on equitable food access for children.' "
