Food for Thought Commercial Kitchens
About
In January of 2019, thanks to the generosity of a few caring donors, the Food for Thought Commercial Kitchens & Event Space was purchased. This facility, located at 420 West 1st Street in the Sandbar District of downtown Casper, Wyoming facilitates the important element of upward mobility and mentorship for local food producers. Our Food Business Incubator, housed on site, is managed by Chef Maggie King and allows small food producers and food businesses to scale up under the mentorship of our Culinary Director. Kitchen space, front of hours (market stall), dry and cold storage, and more are available to local food businesses to rent for an affordable rate - allowing small businesses to grow in a manner that can help them succeed.

Commercial Kitchen
Our shared use commercial kitchen is available as part of our food business incubator program. The kitchen can be scheduled on an hourly basis and is available 24 hours a day for tenants.

Market Hall
The Market Hall is available for use by our program participants. This is where permanent vendor stalls can be set up. For instance, the bar is solely used as the storefront for ACS Juices. Adjacent to the bar is the storefront for Wyoming Bread House.
J & D's Cajun Kitchen (a local food truck) uses the facility for food preparation that cannot be done on the truck, and for hosting community gatherings and events.
