Private Community Gardens

In addition to selling individual garden beds and managing free community gardens throughout our community, we also partner with local businesses and organizations to set them up with private community garden spaces for their customers and residents. This can look like one small community garden bed or an entire private community garden space with multiple beds.

Below you can check out some of the private community gardens we have installed, and the partners we have acquired along the way.

In the spring of 2019, we partnered with the Casper Housing Authority to install 24 community garden beds on the property of their newly built apartment complex, Raven Crest Apartments, at 4701 Tranquility Way.

Dallason Park

In 2014, we partnered with the City of Casper and their Parks Department to establish Casper's first Food is Free Community Garden in a city park. What started as just a few beds had transformed into an amazing little community garden that has helped beautify this lesser-known pocket park.

We had two volunteers take the lead on this community garden, and they loved the project so much, that in 2016 they established Friends of Dallason Park. Since then, volunteers have worked tirelessly on improving this community garden and its partnerships. You can follow them and stay up to date on upcoming events and progress through the Friends of Dallason Park Facebook page.

This Community Garden also includes ADA-friendly beds, wide rows and dolomite paths for our wheelchair-bound friends.
