Shared Commercial Kitchen
In January of 2019, thanks to the generosity of a few caring donors, the Food for Thought Commercial Kitchens & Event Space was purchased. This facility, located at 420 West 1st Street in the Sandbar District of downtown Casper, Wyoming facilitates the important element of upward mobility and mentorship for local food producers. Our Food Business Incubator, housed on site, is managed by Chef Maggie King and allows small food producers and food businesses to scale up under the mentorship of our Culinary Director. Kitchen space, front of hours (market stall), dry and cold storage, and more are available to local food businesses to rent for an affordable rate - allowing small businesses to grow in a manner that can help them succeed.
